Greater Dallas Development was founded by principal and owner Faizan Sayeed in 2021. We are a civil contractor with over 100 years of combined experience in Single Family Residential, Multi Family, Commercial, Industrial, Retail Aviation and Heavy Civil projects. We have become a premier excavation and grading contractor in North Texas with leadership who has performed large scale projects across Texas, California and Georgia.
