OUR STORY
Established in 2021 by Faizan Sayeed, Greater Dallas Development
was initially created to assist developers in bringing struggling projects across the finish line. Faizan secured $4M in single family residential contracts during his first year. In 2022, Eric Brown was brought in as a managing partner to oversee the company’s commercial expansion. Each year has brought our company exponential growth in terms of annual revenue, business relationships, and employment. Our commitment to competitive fair pricing, hard work, honesty, and accountability has steered us through the challenges of a post-COVID economy. As of 2023, we are firmly rooted in the DFW market, and are ready to build your next project!
