TEXAS A&M COMMERCE STUDENT SERVICE BUILDING

TAMU Commerce was a project located in Commerce, TX that we did for Satterfield & Pontikes Construction.  This project consisted of a new ground-up 2 story student service building (approximately 13,130 Square Feet).  The sitework included tree clearing, onsite cut to fill, structural slab over void form, lime stabilized paving, and haul off excess grading spoils.  The project was completed in Q4 of 2023.
