SOMERSET PARK PHASE II

Somerset Park Phase III was a project located in Rockwall, TX that we did with CSO Development & Arcadia Lakes at Somerset.  This project consisted of 165 single-family residential lots with associated streets and alleyways on an 83-acre site.  The sitework included mass grading, moisture conditioning of the pads, placing poly liner beneath soil cap, rough grade lot benching, fine grade lot benching, and import/placement of common fill material.  The project was completed in Q3 of 2023.
