PARK WEST PHASE III

Park West Phase III was a project located in Coppell, TX that we did with LGE Design Build.  This project consisted of 3 industrial warehouse buildings (approximately 229,435 Square Feet of new warehouse construction) on a 20-acre site.  Sitework included tree clearing, moisture conditioning with a lime stabilized cap at pads, lime stabilized paving subgrade, and haul off of excess grading spoils. This project is slated to be complete in Q4 of 2023.
