The Klein Tools Expansion and R&D Buildings represent a large-scale industrial project located in Mansfield, Texas. This development features two building pads totaling 535,000 SF, each requiring 11 feet of moisture conditioning and a flexbase pad cap. Our team excavated and exported over 380,000 cubic yards of shale and dirt on this high-profile project — marking the largest single contract in our company’s history. From preconstruction through completion, our team delivered thoughtful planning and execution, with our preconstruction team playing a key role in identifying efficient solutions that kept the project on schedule and within budget.
