GRAYHAWK RANCH SUBDIVISION

Grayhawk Ranch was a project located in Rowlett, TX that we did for CSO Development Services/Paragon Realty Group.  This project consisted of 36 single family residential lots, 2 open spaces, with associated streets and sidewalks on a 17-acre site.  The sitework included unclassified excavation, rough grade lot benching, import and place flexbase at streets, and haul off excess grading spoils.  The project is slated for completion by Q2 of 2024.
