GISD MPAC

Garland ISD is adding Multi-Purpose Athletic Centers to five separate high school locations across Garland, Texas. Each 80,000 SF building required 10 to 12 feet of moisture conditioning with a combination of select fill and flexbase pad caps. Our team successfully managed all five sites within active school campuses, navigating challenges including deep fills over 10 feet, 20,000 cubic yards of import material, groundwater mitigation, and rock excavation.
