GATEWAY PHASE V APARTMENTS

Gateway Phase V was a project located in Forney, TX that we did for Rampart Multifamily.  This project consisted of 5 three-story apartment buildings, detached garages, detention basin, with associated parking and drives on a 14-acre site.  The sitework included onsite cut to fill,  moisture conditioning with select fill cap at pads, electrochemically injection of 1 building, lime stabilized paving, and haul off excess grading spoils.  The project was completed in Q4 of 2023.
