First Park 121

First Park 121 is a 16-acre industrial project located in Lewisville, Texas. With a history of a previous demolition, this site had over 30,000 cubic yards of requiring recovery and displacement onsite. Our team was responsible for performing 19 feet of moisture conditioning and placing a lime cap at the building pad. Given the unknowns and challenges presented by existing site conditions, our team provided practical solutions to work around these issues, delivering a cost-effective approach for the client.
