COSTCO Forney

Our second Costco project, located in Forney, Texas, features a 160,000 SF building on a 50-acre site. By working closely with the preconstruction team, we provided design-build solutions that delivered cost-effective results without compromising quality or schedule. Originally covered in dense trees and situated adjacent to a FEMA-designated floodplain, this project presented unique site preparation challenges. Our team successfully navigated groundwater conditions while performing 30,000 cubic yards of moisture conditioning and installing a 4-foot select fill pad cap.
