COSTCO Allen

Our first Costco project, located in the heart of Allen, Texas, features a 160,000 SF building situated on a 22-acre site. Our team executed 30,000 cubic yards of moisture conditioning which was completed with a Lime and Flexbase Cap. In addition, we installed lime-treated subgrade for over 600,000 SF of paving throughout the site. The fast-paced schedule of this project highlighted the expertise and dedication of our field crew, demonstrating our ability to deliver quality work on time.
