Chesser Boyer is a 22-acre industrial project located in Fort Worth, Texas, featuring two buildings with 11 feet of moisture conditioning and a lime cap across the building pads. Utilizing drone flight data, our team provided valuable support to the engineering team, allowing for site adjustments that enabled us to balance grading spoils onsite. This collaborative approach minimized offsite hauling and contributed to the project’s overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
